If you subscribe to receive our marketing communications, we collect and use your e-mail address which you fill in the subscription form when subscribing to receive our marketing communications.

Also, in connection with Google Analytics, once you give us your consent to the data transfer your personal data will be transferred to and stored on servers located in the USA. Please be aware that such transmission may pose a risk to your data processing due to the absence of an adequacy decision and appropriate safeguards. In particular, data transmission and data processing by our partners in the USA may be subject to surveillance programs by US public authorities and your data may be then accessed by US intelligence agencies or federal investigators. Furthermore, non-United States persons have not got the same possibilities to counter surveillance performed by the National Security Agency or the Director of National Intelligence. Lastly, USA do not provide a single authority responsible for supervisory activities. National states in the USA have different points of contact regarding supervisory powers related to data protection with a special court, which deals with Foreign Intelligence Surveillance issues.

Where we use your personal to fulfill our contractual obligations or where it is necessary for our exercise of rights and obligations in connection with the contract, such personal data is used for the duration of the given contract and usually for 3 years since the termination or expiry of the last contract. The duration may be exceptionally extended to 10 years.
OUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
Where we use your personal data to fulfil our legal obligations, we use such personal data for the period set out by the relevant legal regulations (primarily in accordance with tax regulations for a period of 10 years from the issuance of the relevant invoices and documents for your order).
OUR LEGITIMATE INTERESTS
Where we use your personal data, in particular your feedback, to improve our current products and develop new ones which would be in line with your interests expressed by your purchases, we use your data for the period for which you are our registered user.
Where we use your data for promotion of our events, we use your data for a maximum period of 12 months from the end of the relevant event.
Where we use your data for sending you marketing communications without your given consent, your personal data is used for a maximum of 3 years from the last purchase of our product or until you raise an objection or unsubscribe from the marketing communications.
Where our use of your data is necessary for our other legitimate legal or business purposes (such as for financial record-keeping or to finish open business transactions), we may use your data for longer period of time, until the relevant purpose will have been accomplished. Such situation may occur when we actively exercise our rights, then we keep the data until our rights were defended.

We use your personal data in a secured database in a safe environment. In order to ensure protection against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of your data, we have adopted organizational and technical measures to secure them, which we strictly adhere to.

When you exercise your rights, we will provide you with response to your requests within 30 days. In case of more demanding request, we are allowed to extend the period, but in any case, we will let you know.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to know if we use your data. If you ask us, we will tell you whether we use your data or not. If yes, you can also ask us to get information how we use your data and obtain a copy of the data we use.

You have the right to withdraw consent where you have previously given your consent to the use of your data. The withdrawal of consent does not mean that the prior use of your data before the withdrawal was unlawful, but we will not use your data for the reasons for which you withdrew the consent anymore.

You have the right to verify the accuracy of your data and ask us to update or correct the data we currently use.
HAVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA DELETED
You have the right, in certain situations, to ask for the erasure of your data which we retain. We strive to erase your data always when it is no longer needed. However, please bear in mind that there are situations, in which we are not able or allowed to delete your personal data.

You have the right, in certain situations, to restrict our use of your data. This right applies for example, when you contest the accuracy of the data or when you deem our use of your data unlawful.
